HELLO!
At the moment I live with some really nice people and dont want to leave them but not too keen on the area :(

me:
So mid twenties easy going,happy,relaxed student(but be working too) girl into Photography,Art,Films,Books,Good Food,Bad Food,Music (anything from dub step to noise experimental I play in a crap band so I pretty much appreciate all music),parties,chilling out with friends and bla bla bla

you:
hopefully similar to me or may be very different as long as we can have a laugh and get on that's what important. Pots and pans need to be washed after yourself preferable sooner than 2 weeks after they've been used. Nice to have a clean house but not obsessively so..and its good to make it a home ..

budget:
mine £500 all including but depends on the house or flat can go MAXIMUM £530 ALL INCLUDING so yours should be the same or around that. but of course the cheaper rent is better.

house/flat:
warehouse (yeah i wish),or with nice roof terace ( also i wish), 3/4/5 bedrooms nice size if the kitchen is big enough and open plan I don't mind not having a living room,
DON'T WANT TO LIVE in a counsel high rise or ground floor flats. I want to be close to tube or good bus route and night buses.

AREAS: zone 1 and 2
HIGHBURY, ISLINGTON, HOLLOWAY ROAD,ARCHWAY,KINGS CROSS,OLD STREET,SHOREDITCH,DALSTON,SOME PARTS OF HACKNEY,Bethnal Green,

Moving in dates:
sooner the better but it will take around 2 weeks i recon..so lets say around 1st of November.

other info:make sure you have one moth rent and deposit ready to put down, if you are a student please make sure you prepare to share counsel tax if the people will be mix of working and students bla bla bla
