Southfields Theatre Group based in Southfields SW18 near Wimbledon are now preparing for their Christmas Panto “Ali the Barber and his Forty Thieves” for performances in January 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th to be performed in Southfields SW18.

Southfields Theatre Group (STG) has now successfully put on two very successful sell out performances. The first being last years Panto – Cinderella performed in a local venue, and the second this July a comedy farce “Forty” performed in the award winning Pub of the Year – The Earl Spencer.

We are now at the early stages of putting our new Panto together and we are looking for new members to join us in following roles.

Cast members still to be cast.
Assistant Director to work with the Director
Set designers
Prop makers
Lighting technician
Costume designers and wardrobe.
Stage managers
Plus any other part you feel you can contribute

STG is a local theatrical drama group and as such is only looking to attract new members from nearby and surrounding areas. This is due to the rehearsal commitments where we are not able to rely on members travelling on public transport.

Currently our rehearsal times are on a Thursday evening at the Southfields Baptist Hall, opposite Southfields tube station from 7.30pm – 8.30pm but these times may change as we get closer to the production dates.
