Hi, I'm looking for a room to rent north of the river (preferably close to the Northern line). The closer to Kings Cross the better.

I'm looking at places at a maximum of £140 per week including all bills. Unfortunately not able to pay a deposit, but could pay two weeks up front (up to the amount of £300). After that I will pay weekly (or monthly) and guarantee this is possible.

I am 24 year old working professional male.
