Chef for busy pub in Charing Cross
We are looking for someone to start asap, to train up over the busy Christmas period, with a view to taking over the full running of the kitchen in January.
We are a busy pub in Charing Cross, open Monday to Saturday. We serve traditional pub food, using fresh ingrediants, with specials changing daily. We also have a function room that caters for corporate parties.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a pub kitchen, with a passion for food and bags of enthusiasm. Excellent spoken English, good references and valid work permit is essential.
Hours are generally 11am until 9pm, 5 days a week, with every Sunday off. Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
