am i being bullied by my employer
Hello people, i need an advice urgently from anyone with some employment law knowledge.
I work in a call centre as a customer service agent.
I called in as a customer to request a discount on my exhorbitant ...... bill from my employer and my colleague who took the call decided to seek some advice off a team leader so i told him that i didnt have any faith on a particular team leader whom should be on duty on the day, prompting that they seek advice off another team leader (as any customer can rightly request due to a possible previous bad experience)
This team leader has now written a grievance complaint against me for making a derogatory remark about him.
Has my employer got any right to make me answer to my comment on that call considering i was a customer when i made this call and the main subject / reason for my call was to request for services provided by my employer.
I was a customer at the time I made the call and customers dont get complaints laid againt them do they?
Am i being bullied?
What can i do? (besides telling them i do not believe I their decision to raise this with me)
to my work and discussed my electric
