The rent (£475 pcm negotiable) includes all bills (including council tax) and also includes cable tv, wireless broadband internet and unlimited weekend national calls.
V close to transport links. The mainline station is 4 mins walk and takes 20mins to Liverpool street.
There are bus links with a short journey to victoria line-walthamstow, and central line-leytonstone, both 15 mins from oxford circus, and the bus stop is less than one minute from the house!
