Location: South West London
Unfurnished workshop, studio or light industrial space needed for non commercial use within 3 miles of Putney. Area 500 - 1000 sq ft, but will take more depending on cost. Outward appearance is unimportant because this is for personal use only. Cost is important because this is not a business so there is no cost recovery. I need, toilet (and shower if possible), parking and telephone. Do not need commercial power, just normal 240v.
