Sous Chef, £18,000- £22,000, within the Richmond area. Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Sous chef with a real passion for excellent quality food with the skills to produce it, working as a team with a talented head chef.

The successful candidate is required to demonstrate career stability, a proven track record and have the drive and ambition to be a key part of securing acknowledgement as the best place to eat within West London and surrounding areas. You will be required to have outstanding knowledge of using fresh produce and producing excellent quality of food. You must also have the personality, energy and enthusiasm to work with and help manage a highly motivated team.

The salary for this position is £18,000 - £22,000 plus tips depending on previous experience you will be required to work split shifts with 2 full days and 2 half days off a week.
