WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:
I am a UK Chartered Accounting and Member of the Swiss Association of Accountants. I run a successful Accounting Practice in Geneva. I am setting up a London Company that will offer Finance and Accounting solutions to businesses and individuals. The services will include accounting, financing, taxation, and business consulting. We will offer services that add value to the businesses we will support.
I am looking for a CEO/Partner designate to take ownership of the project and develop and implement the business plan.
WHO YOU ARE:
You are an Accounting Manager or Senior with Entrepreneurial drive and want to create and run your own business. You are able to work alone and under pressure. You are +25 with a University degree.
This is a start-up and everything will need to be done from finding and equipping offices to sales and marketing. An existing basic structure is in place with my Personal Assistant and a junior part-time clerk operating from a virtual office. Very low services are being provided to my own businesses.
This is not a Salaried position but a Partnership where you put sweat capital rather than financial capital. I will finance the infrastructure and bring the necessary intellectual capital. You will join the initial human resource capital consisting of the staff and businesses in place.
