I have a 3 bedroom semi-detatched victorian house with my own garden in Beeston, Nottingham. The house is in a quiet small street and the neighbours are friendly. There is residential parking. The house is double glazed and has GCH. On the ground level you have the living room, dining room and the kitchen. The next floor has 2 bedrooms 1 large and the other smaller as well as the bathroom and toilet. On the top floor there is one large bedroom with landing space. I have a nice town with a good range of shops a five min walk away, there are good primary and secondary schools in my area. There are good links to the City Centre which is about 5 miles from where i live, either by bus,train and soon to be installed a tram network. You also have the Queens Medical Centre Hospital which is a 5-10 min bus ride. I have lived here for 12 years with no problems, but i have to be nearer to family. I am looking for a 2 bedroom house or flat (no tower blocks or big estates) in North London or areas in hertfordshire and the isle of wight.
