Objectives:
To work as part of the administrative team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the UK office.
To maximise profitability and efficiency.
To provide excellent customer service levels to our UK client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting customer orders onto the computer system.
To be the first point of contact for customers and deal with any queries regarding deliveries, returns or any other problems they may experience.
Liaise with logistics partners to ensure first rate distribution service
To answer and redirect all incoming calls as required.
To be able to confidently take orders from customers over the telephone.
To work autonomously in dealing with orders, invoices and finance queries.
To provide an additional point of contact for the French office (liaison by phone and e-mail)
To carry out general administrative tasks (filing, faxing, laminating, photocopying)
To send regular financial statements to customers and follow up with telephone calls as required.
Occasional contact with outside organisations.
Candidate's should have:
Excellent telephone skills ensuring good customer service relations.
Able to respond quickly, confidently and calmly when dealing with customer enquiries.
Able to communicate and work effectively as a member of the UK team.
Flexibility to take on new responsibilities as and when required.
A degree of competence in Microsoft Office.
High standards relating to Customer Service and a strong commitment to meeting customer needs.
Excellent attention to detail.
Professionally presented.
