All bills included. Linen (sheets/towels) provided. Sky Television in bedroom. Wireless internet. Hanging space, chest of drawers. Desk. Use of washing machine and kitchen - for breakfast and dinner. Cleaner once a week. Tidy! Very close (2 minutes walk) to shops, many bars and restaurants, and excellent bus route. Equidistant from Parson's Green and Putney Bridge underground stations. 8 minutes walk.

This is a quiet, safe and comfortable home in which to rent a room - and I hope you will find it warm and welcoming. It is not, however, a "house-share" - and not suitable for those who are looking to 'party at home'!

Anyone responsible and easy ... without too much luggage!
