Creative Welding welder metal door fabrication also Cleaner & Plumber

Location: Hackney

The building is 35000 sq, in Hackney, spread over 4 floors with a huge roof terrace and will be filled with a vibrant creative community. Loads of creative people already moving in: photographers, artists, graphic designers, theatre companies, music studios, laser cutting, radio station, film companies...

We are needing:

WELDER:
We are looking for someone who can fabricate a metal entrance door and frame for the building (in an industrial style). So someone with excellent welding skills and experience but also with a bit of creativity /bit of an artist.

GLAZIER / WINDOW REPLACING
Someone to replace the broken windows from inside the building (without a scaffolding)
30-40 panels
800mm x 600mm average
Need someone asap

ELECTRICIAN:
Certified electrician.
For lighting and odd jobs around the building.
Possible changing of distribution boards.

CLEANER:
A cleaner required for 2 x 3 storey buildings.
Hourly rate £6p/h

PLUMBER:
We have someone doing the plumbing (10 WC blocks new distribution in building + sanitary ware) but looking for someone to help out with it as there is a lot to do. Also looking for someone to quote to install a heating system (would need to be certified). Up to £100/day depending on experience.
