my name is Helen (22).
I've just finished university in Germany/Italy - I was studying Archaeology.
Currently I'm staying in London and I'm looking for work.
I've different kinds of work experiences but I'm always keen on learning something new.

Qualifications:
Languages: German (native), English (fluent), Italian (fluent), French (basics); Ancient Greek and Latin
Computer: Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel); Photoshop (basics); AutoCAD (basics)


Experiences:
- Student employee: As part of an excavation team I was digging (shovel, trowel, ecc.) at a medieval site in Nürnberg. In addition to the excavation process (digging, photographing, drawing), I was cleaning and documenting the finds.

- Student assistant: In collaboration with my professor I was teaching a course (introduction in academic work) at university. My duties including the preparation of Powerpoint presentations and work sheets, the correction of homeworks/theses and giving lessons.
I was also organizing excursions and giving guides at the Martin-von-Wagner-Museum Würzburg.

- Student assistant:As a student assistent I was member of a team who was arranging, preparing and serving coffee, tea, snacks, wine, ecc. at the international congress of Assyriology in Würzburg.

- Cashier: Mainly I was sitting at the till and doing the cashing-process. This task involved the direct contact with the customer, the scanning of the ware and handling the payment (cash, debit card, credit card).
Furthermore I was sometimes sorting the ware into the storage racks.
The company is attaching great importance to high standards of customer service. So the staff was trained to guarantee the customer's satisfaction with the purchase.

- Cleaner: My duties as a cleaner of a doctor's office involved vacuum-cleaning of the waiting-room, wiping the floors of the surgeries and cleaning the toilets and washbasins. Once a month I was cleaning the windows and heaters as well. Due to the medical processes which took place in these rooms, I had to attach high importance to the hygienical standard and had to be regarding the medical and technical equipment.
