This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sale professional to join a leading online direct marketing specialist that is growing fast due to the popularity of our cutting-edge media products. Our passionate and experienced team have, since inception in 2007, launched a number of compelling media products that are providing outstanding consumer reach and accountability for brand name advertisers. We are looking for inspired, talented people to join our London based team.
Magnetise Group have launched two online lead generation products that enable advertisers to gather highly customised data that can be used to target their prospects more effectively. Our emphasis is on delivering high-integrity data collection solutions that increase quality and response. Due to the strength of our products, we have forged a wide number of strategic alliances with leading industry players. Our technologies have enabled us to monetise previously untapped audiences within tier 1 and tier 2 UK publishers.
Your Profile
• Experienced senior agency representative or agency account manager.
• A proven track record in media sales.
• Minimum 2-4+ years developing business and closing advertising deals.
(ideally the majority of your background is within digital marketing)
• A positive team player attitude.
• Tenacious, upbeat, keen, numerate, and enthusiastic.
• Strong client facing/servicing abilities and confident presentation manner.
• Ability to multi-task and negotiate confidently.
• Clear demonstration of succeeding your sales targets.
• Comprehensive understanding of all digital marketing channels.
• Excellent commercial awareness & strong understanding of campaign success metrics
The Role
• Responsible for maintaining and building the monthly agency advertising revenue and exceeding group revenue goals.
• Build strong relationships at all levels within each agency, understanding the needs of their clients are vital.
• Sell, maintain, and service 10+ significant agency accounts.
• Have an excellent network of contacts and experience dealing with the key agencies.
• A track record of successful sales generation.
All applicants must understand the principles of marketing and advertising including product offer development, working knowledge of online customer acquisition techniques and CPM/CPC/CPA/CPL strategies, performance and direct-response advertising models and of course, passionate about the web and its potential for advertisers.
