As Director of Operations, you will be part of the Senior Management Team and report into the Chief Executive. Your responsibilities will include;

* Leading the operations directorate to develop new service models.
* Submit successful funding bids for services.
* Line manage the Head of Operations and PA to Operations Director.
* Oversee and provide strategic guidance on new day services.
* Develop a new client database.

You will have extensive experience of strategic management of services and vast experience within change management and management of budgets.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the Not for Profit sector and strong financial management skills.
