Part-Time Bookkeeping Data-Entry Clerk needed for Organic Food Company (4 month contract)

What on Earth Ltd is a small organic food manufacturer based in London. We are looking for an entry-level accounts clerk or confident administrator with experience using Sage 50 Accounts or similar package (this experience is vital for the role!)

We're looking for someone to come in 2 days a week (Monday and one other day, negotiable) and help us cover our usual Bookkeeper's maternity leave. Duties would include: Entering purchase invoices, entering customer & supplier payments, monthly statementing, banking, filing, posting and general administration as required. You would be supported by the Accounts/Admin Manager at all times.

The contract would run from November to end February, with a possibility of extension depending on the needs of the business. Salary offered is £6.50 gross per hour, and you would work approximately 16-18 hours per week as needed.

This job is ideal for someone with time on their hands looking to make some extra money over Winter, or an accounts student who would like some real experience working in a busy, vibrant company. We want someone confident and hard-working who (after sufficient training) will come in and get the job done.
