Concept Spaces is rapidly growing young and forward thinking independent Estate Agency looking for the professional and ambitious person to help progress the company.

Day to day responsibilities will include updating available properties, qualify tenant and landlord enquiries, acquire new instructions, book and attend viewings, and agree offers and liaise with the administrator who will draft all the legal documents.
We believe in hard work as well as having fun, therefore this person should have a great sense of humour and be willing to work as part of a forward thinking, dynamic and fast-paced team. You must be presentable, enthusiastic, well spoken, have a polite a manner, & professional with good communication / closing skills. The ideal candidate will live locally with excellent knowledge of west London be punctual and reliable self starter. Most importantly you will have a hunger to succeed and meet targets. Ideally you will be dynamic and willing to work hard for success. Own car would be preferable but not essential. As part of our team you will need to work hard, play hard, enjoy your benefits, work with our high net worth investors from all backgrounds. No experience necessary but some sales or customer service background would be advantageous. Any previous experience as a negotiator will be advantageous.
