We have a LOVELY new 2 bedrooms on the first floor, available for short & long term rentals, It is CLOSE to 3 beaches, fully AIR CONDITIONED, FURNISHED, TASTEFULLY DECORATED, has 2 COMMUNAL OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOLS & in a nice multicultural neighbourhood. The location is safe especially for families with children. It is ideal for easy access to the CITY CENTRE which is 10-15 mins walk or by car where there are lots of shops, restaurants, banks, supermarkets.

Paradise Apartment sleeps up to 6. It is spacious & has a big lounge, slightly bigger than the average 2 bedroom. It is suitable for children, long term renters, elderly or infirm.

All the rooms are furnished with the following:

Living Room: Remote control air conditioner unit, Satellite TV with English Channels, Sofa, Coffee table, DVD player that plays CD’s, selection of DVD’s & music CD’s, books, toys etc for your pleasure.

Kitchen: Dining area with chairs & tables, cooker, oven, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, kitchen units, cutlery set, dinner sets, glassware, plates, cups etc

Bathroom: Toilet, shower, shower screen, sink, boiler, fully tiled walls, and stainless steel fittings.

Bedroom 1: Remote control air conditioner unit, double bed, pillows, wardrobe , dressing table with mirror, bedside cabinet, duvet & covers, bed linens, iron & ironing board.

Bedroom 2: Table fan, 2 single beds, pillows, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, duvet/covers, and bed linens.

Balcony: Clothes dryer, balcony chairs & tables where you can relax with some food & drink, listen to some music CD’s from current artists, read some books or chat to the neighbour’s after the day’s activities.

The complex has its own swimming pool, Sun Loungers & play park area but shares the following facilities with another complex (1 min walk away): Gym/Fitness Centre, Sauna, Turkish Bar, Mini bar, Restaurant with Satellite TV with English Channels, Internet connection. You can relax in the bar & watch your favourite programme on TV in a very friendly & lively environment.

If you prefer, you can dine and drink in one of the numerous bars & restaurants around the nearby city centre, enjoy the numerous activities in & around Didim namely fishing, boat trips, swimming, jeep safari, wind surfing, walking, day trips & excursions, diving paragliding, horse riding etc. You can also enjoy a night out at the popular Galaxy & Flamingo night clubs in Dolphin Square, a 15 minutes bus ride. Didim has a good night life, something for everyone to enjoy. The bus garage & the popular Saturday market are 5 minutes walk.

Rates may be subject to change at the owner’s discretion. Special rates might apply to bookings over 4 weeks. Changeover dates, check in & out times are flexible depending on other bookings.

Please contact us for availability & for booking form if you are interested. A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. This will be refunded if cancelled 8 weeks before arrival and non-refundable if cancelled less than 8 weeks before arrival. Full payment and brokerage fee of £130 is required 6 weeks before arrival. Brokerage fee is held until inspection. It will be refunded 2 weeks after departure (less deduction if any).

The apartment is also available for long term rental for a minimum of 3 months for £170 a month plus electricity & water bills. Long & Short term rentals are available all year round subject to availability. Please contact us for details.

We provide our guests with a welcome pack on arrival if requested. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible & non smoking. Please smoke only in the balcony if you have to. Sorry pets are not allowed. Our very helpful Manager is always on hand to help with any problems.

The Nearest Airports are:
BODRUM takes approx 1 hour. The Inter Airport is open b/w Oct & May, and closed for the other months. The Local Airport is open all year round. IZMIR takes approx 1hr 45 minutes & open all year round. DALAMAN takes approx 2hrs 30 minutes. British Airways, Thomas Cook, Turkish Airline, Aegean Airline, Pegasus, Gold trail etc fly directly & indirectly. If you require TRANSFERS, we can arrange it at an additional cost paid directly to the driver. CAR HIRE is available at the 3 Airports or locally. All visitors with British passport are required to pay £10 visa fee per person at Turkey Airport.

Didim Altinkum is known for its 3 beaches, beautiful seas and golden sands, warm weather ( 30-40 degrees cent) in summer, seaside attractions, very friendly atmosphere, welcoming locals. The temperature is dry & mild throughout the year with sunshine for most of the days. It is good for winter breaks.

The interesting places to visit are: Apollo Temple (Ancient Time Sacred Place), Ephesus (The Ancient Roman City), Pamukkale (Cotton Fortress) & other historic sites. You can visit Akbuk, a tiny fishing village nearby. It is surrounded by olive trees.
