Sales & Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for managing the overall sales strategy for the Hotel, Golf and Club both nationally and internationally. We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and self motivated experienced individual who is seeking a challenging role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills with previous sales experience in a similar role with a clear understanding of pricing, budgeting and forecasting. Previous Hotel experience not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• To lead and manage a sales team
• To implement and manage the Sales and Marketing plan for the Hotel
• Manage the Sales & Marketing budget.
• To manage the overall sales revenue
• To develop strong links with key clients
• Advertise and promote the hotel and its facilities.
• Attend trade shows and promotions.
• Manage and maintain client database.
