I am due to vacate my current flat on the 21st June. I have been here for 2 years but my flatmate is leaving and I fancied a change of scenery.
My budget is around £500 pcm (inclusive of bills, council tax etc) and the area I’m looking in is Stoke Newington, Dalston, Old Street, Brick Lane etc.
I’m a 29 year old professional female working in the fashion industry at Old Street. My days of living like a student have been and gone so I’m looking for a more professional and homely flat share.
I’ve accumulated quite a lot of stuff over the past few years so I’m looking for a double room that is as large as possible. I don’t need furniture as I have my own, but a bed would be a bonus.
A flat share in a warehouse would be fantastic but I am open to whatever comes along.
I like my own space but would hope to move in somewhere where I could make new friends as well. I am open to living with male / female housemates.
