We have recently taken over a great ‘gastro’ but traditional type pub next to The Thames in Rotherhithe/Canada Water Docklands area (London SE16). The restaurant has 70 covers inside plus a further 80 covers outside during the summer. There are currently plans next year to open the first floor as a dedicated restaurant (subject to planning).

Within the very near future we will be looking to open for gourmet breakfasts on Saturday & Sundays. The bar is 50/50 food drink establishment that specialises in steaks, ribs and homemade burgers, as well as fresh daily specials.

Previous experience working with British menus would be advantageous! You must have a strong command of English, with the ability to work well under pressure and within a team. You will have a dedicated KP and during busy times a CDP.

Salary £7-£8 per hour (depending on experience) plus training and tips. 40 hours per week.
