Engage First is a new media sales consultancy and outsourcing business. Engage First helps businesses with their sales process – what they are selling, how they should be selling it and who they should be selling it to. The Engage First team (this is where you will come in) will then generate revenue for their business whilst learning all about their product and the industry they work in.

Engage First will provide bright, enthusiastic and confident graduates with full, on the job training in the media sales industry. The experienced consultants are committed to nurturing, educating and developing graduates who are keen to learn. Aside from training, you will be able to expect an introduction to the media industry, the opportunity to earn high volumes of commission and ultimately, land yourself a great career.

You will be expected to be independent, trustworthy and hardworking. We like individuals who are passionate, upbeat and fun but success will be derived from results – if you bring commitment and determination, we’ll provide you with the rest.

Your role will be varied and will include lead generation, , appointment booking, presenting, negotiating and on-boarding. You will have a team to support you in all aspects of the role and will be encouraged to be independent and make the most of all the opportunities this role will provide.
