Hello Gumtree searchers,

I have a very nice, large fully furnished double room available from the 26th of November. The room is in a well decorated comfy clean 3 bedroom house with shared use of the living room, kitchen/ dinning room, bathroom and second toilet, there is also a decked Garden (probably nicer for the summer).

The house has all mod cons including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, power shower, wireless broadband and cable TV. The room also has Sky TV (currently free sat) and a TV.

We are currently one guy - that’s me, Saul, 27, Sound engineer and a girl; Laura 25, Dancer. We’re both pretty easy going and easy to get on with.


The house is within easy walking distance (about 5 mins) of Arnos Groove (Piccadilly Line) and New Southgate (I've sprinted to New southgate in about 20 seconds when running late!) stations, so you can be in central London in less than 30 mins, there's loads of parking for drivers and loads of buses nearby for non drivers.

This is a genuinely nice house in a good area with good people. If your tired of looking at dirty holes and squats and this sounds appealing then give me a call or email.
