A newly decorated, newly carpeted, newly furnished 220 sqft office is available in our main office.

The room has 4 desks, chairs, filing cabinets and draw sets all to a contemporary style. There is a shared kitchen area with food preparation space, a microwave and dishwasher. A cleaner will be attending our parts of the office twice per week and you can utilise her should that be required.

There is high speed broadband available as well by separate negotiation.

We are on the fourth floor of a wonderful building in Bentinck Street W1 with close proximity to Marylebone High Street.

Transportation links are fantastic with Euston being close by as well as the more local hubs of Bond Street tube, Marylebone station and Baker Street.

The office is offered to the market on a less rigid basis than most. We would look for a 6 month contract with 1 month notice. References and a 1 month deposit are a must.

We would prefer to have a small youthful (yet mature company) such as ourselves who are proactively positive in their commercial outlook. Even better would be if you are in, or related to the property business.
