Leisure & Incentive Sales Manager

Sol Meliá is one of the largest hotel groups in Europe, and a major player in the world. We are currently looking for dedicated individuals with a passion for service to join our Sales team at the Meliá White House Hotel in Regent's Park, London.

The main purpose of this role is to implement the leisure and incentives sales activities in accordance with the Business and Profit Plan of the hotel. As such, you will be in charge of a series of strategic projects aimed at enlarging and re-qualifying the leisure and incentives business base of the hotel. The overall objective is to implement activities related to the Leisure and Incentives sales function to maximize customer satisfaction and overall profitability of the Meliá White House Hotel as part of the Sol Meliá group and therefore increase overall profit of the whole Sol Meliá portfolio.

You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, preferably gained within a large volume luxurious hotel/resort environment. You will be able to ensure strategic projects and leisure and incentives objectives are executed with emphasis to increase sales volume and profitability. You will possess strong analytical skills in order to analyse leisure and incentives sales statistics and implement actions as identified. Excellent relationship building skills are essential to maintain and ensure repeat business and identifying new niche markets and pro-actively identifying new business opportunities in the bespoke market segment. You will have gained previous experience of reviewing market analysis to determine clients’ needs and extend and maintain your account accordingly. You are a natural and confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills with an excellent command of English language, Spanish being advantageous for this role. Moreover, you will be a target-driven, enthusiastic individual with a real passion for Sales and a can-do attitude, willing to accomplish your objectives with efficiency and professionalism.

Package: £30-32,000 per annum + bonus + BUPA + travel allowance
