Qualitative Senior Research Executive Research Executive
RESEARCH EXECUTIVE/ SENIOR RESEARCH EXECUTIVE - QUAL
Dynamic, fast growing market research agency based in Weybridge, Surrey is requiring a Research Executive with experience in qualitative research to join our Qualitative Team. The Role
The primary responsibility within this role is to ensure the successful management of projects from inception to completion, liaising on a day-to-day basis with clients, suppliers and other members of the project team.
o to coordinate all stages of the research process from project commission to successful completion
o to liaise with clients and to attend meetings as required
o to produce timelines and communicate with all internal and external individuals involved in all projects to ensure timelines / deadlines are met
o to be involved in briefing meetings and writing proposals
o to be responsible for good quality output through proof reading, checking, collation and dispatch of all project documentation to the client
o to confidently moderate both focus groups and depth interviews
o to analyse and interpret the outcome of such groups and depths and be involved in report writing and debriefing to clients
o to ensure that key project documents are kept up to date and filed effectively
o to work as part of a committed and dedicated team to deliver high quality service to all clients
Skills & Experience Required
Candidates must have a degree, and have proven experience of qualitative research, gained primarily within an agency environment. In addition:
o Ability to interpret information generated through focus groups and depth interviews
o Ability to demonstrate appropriate research knowledge and expertise
o Ability to write in a clear, succinct manner
o Proven experience of moderating depth interviews and/or focus groups
o Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
o Ability to absorb new information and keep up to date on industry advancements
o Passion for challenges and own development
o Desire to contribute to the ‘team spirit’ that makes all projects a success
o Experience of quantitative research an advantage, but not essential

Salary up to £28K, depending on experience
