A well established and leading international school in the Algarve, Portugal is looking for newly qualified teachers who have completed their PGCE or have experience in an international school or private school post. Applications from candidates with a masters degree who have a firm intention of becoming a teacher should also apply.

The school is looking to hire up to three trainees with a view of offering at least one full time placement after the internship has expired.Training is to last at least 6 months after which time you will be paid an upward scaled salary that is reflective of the skills that you develop and the completed programmes that are undertaken through the school.


Accommodation, flights and daily transport are provided.

Newly qualified teachers with experience or expertise in the following fields are desirable (Please indicate if you can teach a combination of subjects to GCSE / A Level):

• Physics
• Chemistry
• Biology
• English Literature
• Maths
• History
