About the Gig
We're on the hunt for a Service Manager for our West London Club. You will ensure that every member visit is as convenient and enjoyable as possible, by acting as a support to all departments and providing exceptional customer service. You will be the custodian of the Virgin Active Core values and ensure perfect execution of daily club operations.
About you
As our service champion, you will need:
Previous customer service experience
Knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation (desirable)
Previous supervisory experience (desirable)
To be approachable
Excellent communication skills
The ability to dazzle members
The RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or be willing and able to complete it within your first month of employment
You don't need to be 'Rocky', but you need to be a totally clued up Service Manager who has great organisational skills to ensure that all facilities and equipment are clean, safe, well presented and functional at all times by leading Brand Standards. You will need to be a customer service champion and the thought of dealing with thousands of members and a multitude of staff won't make you break into a cold sweat.
