Location: Hoxton
We are looking for 2 new flatmates in our flat in Hackney from 28 November onwards. The flat is in De Beauvoir Town (in between Hoxton and Dalston.) It's a lovely flat which is really central (zone 1) and very cheap for what it is!
Just off Kingsland Rd with a walking distance to Shoreditch.
Nearest tube stations are Old Street or Liverpool Street or Dalston Kingsland Overground
There is one large room available at roughly 530 pounds pm and one small room at 330 pounds, both unfurbished. Internet and a landline are installed
Preferably young professionals who are laid back and open, friendly (obvs)
