The Salutation is right in the heart of Hammersmith and offers a great atmosphere and superb food and has a terrific opportunity for a Live Out Head Chef.

The Salutation has undertaken a major refurbishment and reopened on the 28th October 2009.

You will have the ability to manage a small team, meet the required GP, maintain sufficient stock levels and carry out weekly stock takes

You must also be able to train, communicate, rota and delegate, and will possess great communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with the team, and continually work to develop their skills.

Working hours are approximately 45-50 hours per week, on a split shift rota, including evenings and weekends. This is a live-out position.
