1. FREE Taster Course All students will receive a FREE taster course before committing your time and money
2. After completing the taster course if you wish to stay on and complete the 5 day course, the GT Course Fee is highly competitive at £400-550pp and includes full course notes and 6 months of meaningful post-training support
3. FREE Courses available for residents of Ocean NDC in Stepney Green, Tower Hamlets
4. FREE Government Funded/Subsidised Courses (upto £350) for anyone who has become unemployed within the last 6 months and lives within any London borough

To secure a job in Housing it is NOT essential to have:
social housing management work experience
completed an accredited housing management course/certificate
completed any voluntary work or work placements
any formal qualifications
60% of housing jobs advertised, require 1-2 years experience - the remaining 40% require "no experience" of housing but rather "knowledge" of housing issues, problem solving skills & other core transferable skills including essential communication skills.
