Personal Assistant Operations Manager for a Private Clinic
Our client, a renowned medical clinic with various sites located throughout London is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Personal Assistant/ Operations Manager to be part of their team on a permanent basis. The clinic is a pioneer for the area in which it operates and is looking for an individual that has working knowledge of marketing, administration, operations management and HR for a private medical institute.
The duties will include:
To be a personal assistant to the Medical Director and Business Manager
To book and confirm all international travel arrangements
Promotion and marketing of the clinic
Organising mailers and information to be sent out for advertising
Developing new marketing initiatives
Dealing with all operations for the clinic including HR policies, training and development of staff
Covering reception when required
Dealing with all clinic complaints and responding accordingly
Dealing with ad hoc administration for the clinic
The ideal candidate will be a graduate within a medical related subject with a passion to work with a clinic at the forefront of the medical industry. The successful candidate must have the ability to prioritise their workload, meeting deadlines and ensuring that all tasks are continued until completion. You will have previous experience within a medical clinic and have established new marketing techniques increasing brand awareness.
