The successful applicant will be fluent in spoken and written English, they will have a natural desire to: provide first class service for our customers; maintain our high standards across all aspects of the operation; and lead and motivate our staff. He or she will also have the ability to understand and act upon P&L. Experience and references to back this up from similar customer facing roles involving hotel and/or restaurant management are essential. You must of course have valid working papers for the UK.
