I am looking for 2 new flatmates for our wonderful 3 bedroom flat in North London just off Holloway Road. The bills are amazingly cheap for such a nice place and it'd be hard to find a better deal anywhere else. There are two rooms, the smaller of which is £430 per month while the larger is £450. All bills included except for internet.

The flat is perfectly situated, just off the main Upper Holloway road we avoid most of the noise but still has easy access to a wide range of public transport; Archway tube Station on the Northen line is a 10-15 minute walk away with Upper Holloway Road overground 5 minutes away. Frequent buses stop very nearby making Islington, Camden, Tottenham Court Road and central London and more easy to reach at all hours of the day.

The flat is in a safe family area with a really relaxed atmosphere, though Holloway Road is just one street over with easy access to a wide range of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. There are a Sainsburies local, large Morrisons and Waitrose all within a short walk.

The flat itself is homey and comfortable with:

Both rooms have single beds, desks chairs and lots of storage space, the smaller room in particular has a huge amount of shelving and draws as well as storage space under the bed.

Ideally I am looking for two friendly young professionals in their 20's. It doesn't matter if there are 2 of you looking or if you are just one person.
Preferably I'm looking to live with some people who are friendly, relaxed, not too untidy, a good sense of humour and who are happy to go out for a drink but won't be partying all hours of the day.
