Fund Accountant Office Administrator
We are looking to hire an office administrator with bookkeeping skills. Prior accounting experience, particularly fund accountancy, would be very helpful as would a high proficiency with MS Excel. This is an excellent opportunity, in a fast growing company, for someone with the skills outlined below:

Requirements:
• Bookkeeping or back office experience
• Experience indicative of an aptitude for numbers/accounting
• European languages are helpful
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Main responsibilities:
• Back office role focused on maintaining clients’ holdings data on a weekly basis by keeping track of transactions, assets under management, and by comparing numbers and producing reports when needed
• Clients’ statements
• Assisting the team with marketing materials
This role will require some flexibility as it will entail both complex investment tracking and cash flow management as well as office administration such as booking flights and hotels. For the right candidate it will however provide an excellent opportunity to learn and work as part of a dynamic team.
