Demi Chef de Partie - 5* Hotel - West End

Working for this award winning 5* hotel in the heart of the West End, they are seeking an experienced and talented Demi Chef de Partie to join their outstanding brigade.

The successful candidate will have proven experience within 4/5* hotels, preferably within modern British/ European cuisine.

You will need to be passionate about quality food, enthusiastic, able to work in a team and own initiative, share your knowledge and experience with Commis and Apprentices, as well as learning from others.

Position offers excellent salary and benefits package, as well as great career opportunities.

Working 5 days out of 7, on a rota, which involves shift work.
