Senior Sales Assistant
Igloo is a children's lifestyle store (www.iglookids.co.uk) that is now recruiting for experienced sales assistants who can offer excellent customer service. Igloo is all about customer service (to both grown-ups and children) and applicants need to be conscientious, friendly and capable. Preferable if applicants have had at least 2 years related retail sales experience. The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate the following skills:
- Passion and flair for the product with the ability to offer great customer service
- Excellent customer service
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Team player
- Fluent English (both written and verbal)
- Enthusiastic and ability to multi-task as Igloo provides a multitude of products and services
- Ability to communicate with both adults and children
- Excellent presentation skills
- If you could cut hair too, that would definitely be an added bonus!
Full-time position with training given in shoe-fitting, clothes fitting and toy demonstrations.
