This is a Mutual Exchange Notice aimed at people with Council properties who may wish to swap their property with mine.

I have a lovely three-bedroom maisonette on Paulet Road, London SE5 9JF. The flat is actually on back of Paulet Road between Inglis Street and Welby Street opposite the park.

Landlord is Lambeth Council. The rent is just over £105, which includes Heating and Hot Water and Water rates.

The property is on the first and second floor with no one living above. There is free parking outside but you may also obtain a garage for a nominal weekly fee.

There is a large backyard, which leads to the main entrance. Downstairs there is a large sitting room and a decent size kitchen. Upstairs there are two double rooms and one single bedroom with separate bathroom with power shower and toilet.

The property has recently been painted and decorated and I am going to leave most of the fixture and fittings and the furnishing.

I am looking for a 2/3-bedroom property. Most areas considered but the place must have the Right to Buy.

NO LARGE ESTATES, please.
