The house is bike friendly (very easy access and plenty of space) with a very large garden and a nice lounge.

The house is situated just off Brixton Hill with plenty of buses going by and is a ten minute walk to the tube and park.

We have wireless broadband.

The rent is without council tax and bills.

Ideally we would like female housemates to balance it out but so long as you're half way to being normal and moderately tidy you're welcome.
