Approved Social Worker (ASW) or Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) required for CMHT in West London.

Candidates MUST be able to:
* Support people with severe and enduring mental illness
* Carry out assessments under MHA 1983

Experience & qualifications required
* Diploma/ degree in Social Work
* GSCC registered
* MUST be AHMP qualified
* Good risk assessment and needs assessment skills
