We are looking for an experienced, friendly, fun and reliable nanny to help out with our three small children (ages 3.5 years, 1.5 years, and 6 weeks) for four full days per week. We live in the Barnsbury area of Islington within close walking distance of Angel tube. Mum is at home full-time so this is essentially a shared care position, but you must be capable of sole charge as and when required.

Duties will vary from day to day and will include:
- thinking up creative and entertaining activities for at home and outdoors;
- local toddler groups and extra-curricular activities;
- daily walks and park trips;
- playdates;
- school drop-off and pick-up (easy walking distance);
- preparing and supervising meals;
- assisting with morning and evening routines (dressing, bathing etc.);
- babysitting once a week by arrangement;
and other normal nursery duties, as well as lending a hand around the house (dishwasher, laundry, groceries, general tidying etc. - no heavy duty cleaning required as we have a cleaner for 8 hours per week).

You must be a proactive, efficient person who is helpful and enthusiastic by nature, and above all, loves the company of children (and is loved back!) and is keen to stimulate and develop them and keep them safe and happy at all times.

Hours: 8.00am-6.30pm, four days per week, flexibility on “day off” would be an advantage.
