We are a busy Golf Club within the M25 just off junction10. We have been established for over 100 years and have 2 function rooms catering for up to 120 people, as well as a busy lounge area catering for our members. We need a chef who is imaginative, creative and able to work under pressure at certain times as a part of a small team. You must be able to motivate and control people and have a good working knowledge of menu planning, costings and be able to work within a budget.
Good spoken and written English is essential and all applicants must have the necessary visas to work in the UK.
We are offering a salary of £25.000. per year payable monthly in arrears, working 48hrs over 6 days. We can provide living in accommodation and of course free membership of the golf club.
