Basic £18k-£22k + commission up to 40% (£30k OTE yr 1) + car allowance + gym membership + extra incentives

My client is a specialist in a recruiting for the NHS and private sector and is looking for a trainee/ graduate recruitment consultant to progress and develop their career. This is a lucrative and sustainable area of recruitment with a real focus on candidate attraction and client retention. You will work closely with your clients and candidates to ensure the best possible results.

Working in a fast paced dynamic environment with a team of 12 other consultants, your role will be to develop business and place candidates into the NHS and Private sector healthcare market. The company concentrate on temp and permanent recruitment, your role will be to manage and work to increase revenue and generate new business. This is a graduate role, so you will receive all the training and progression and development that you need to progress your career in the exciting and fast paced industry of recruitment.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate type to take their first step into recruitment, the package offered includes a competitive basic salary with a £3k increase in basic once you hit your £30k target, as well as commission up to 40%, car allowance, gym memberships and all paid holidays abroad on completion of targets
