Whole Foods Market is in search of a fully qualified Butcher to work as part of a busy team. Experience is essential for this position and would suit somebody passionate about their trade and preparing organic meat. Would prepare specialty merchandise consistent with Whole Foods Market's quality goals and maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service. In this role you will support the Meat Team Leader and Regional Coordinator in maintaining regional standards.

You must:
o Pass a cutting test on site
o Be able to identify and dissect primals
o Be knowledgeable on the life cycle of the species from pasture to abattoir
