A permanent position exists within a creative company based in West London for a competent, dedicated Senior Account Manager to develop, strengthen and service existing clients and create a strong account management base within the business. You will be supported by the Head of Account management, a tele-servicing executive and a project co-ordinator.

Duties involve:
The remit of the Account Management team is to ‘love clients’, and as a senior member of the team you will be expected to embody this philosophy in all your client interactions.
You will already be working in an Account Management role, and have a passion for ensuring customers are engaged and excited. Ideally you will have worked in a creative environment and have a good understanding of the creative environment and solid Account Management practises of everything from creating solid briefs through to contract renewals and customer engagement strategies.
But the most important thing is that you will bring an enthusiastic, positive, can-do attitude, and a willingness to do what has to be done to get the job done.
This company is an established company with a developing, new proposition delivering creative work in a customer service environment. We work with some of the most brand proud organisations in the UK, on both a UK and global basis
Because of the diverse nature of our clients you will be working across all levels, so will need to feel comfortable presenting to Senior Management/Director/Board level as well as engaging operational team members as well
This role requires a lot of autonomy, so you must be able to demonstrate prior experience working on your own to ‘get the job done’ while also being a strong contributing member of a team
You must be able to communicate confidently, clearly and succinctly, be well organised, and have strong negotiation skills

£27- £32, £5.5 car allowance/no parking
