The Role
Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for a credit control clerk with an absolute minimum of 2 years credit control experience. The position requires you to deal with customers by phone, e-mail and fax. You will be responsible for chasing agents for outstanding balances, liaising with sales teams with account queries, investigating aged debt, preparation of payment plans, processing of credit card payments and assisting the wider team with excess workloads. The ability to speak another language besides English is a pre-requisite, as this business has operations throughout Europe, ideally French, Spanish, Italian, Russian or German.
Salary & Benefits
This Credit Control role is paying £10-12 per hour on a temporary basis, however there is a strong possibility that this could turn into a permanent position.
