We have a spare room in our end of terrace house in Mitcham, near the cricket green. There is easy access to shops, buses and trams, it's ideal for someone who works in Merton, Tooting, Streatham, or Croydon, even central London is reasonable with Mitcham Eastfields trains to Victoria, or Wimbledon trains to Waterloo and Clapham Junction.

The house is furnished, and you have shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, living and dining rooms. The room has a bed and wardrobe already provided. There's usually parking available right outside our house. The area is pretty good, very quiet with a park out the back, you never even hear a car!

The present occupants are aged between 21 and 30, and we don't really mind who we live with as long as they are non-confrontational and they pay the rent! Life is too short to squabble about stuff so we like to be diplomatic. We can't share with students though because we would have to pay more council tax. Sorry!
