Saturday workshop on practising Japanese Shiatsu massage. Shiatsu depends on use of the weight of your relaxed body on pressure points and is lovely both to give and to receive. During the day you will learn how to apply pressure and how to do some gentle stretching and movement for a partner. We will work in the traditional Japanese style on a futon on floor level; loose clothing and baggy trousers required.

The workshop will be on Saturday December 12th and will last from 9am to 6pm with a one hour break for lunch, and will be held in Eastern Garden above the Portobello Clinic, 12 Raddington Road, W10 5TG. Plenty of nice places to eat and we will provide some of the green tea we always give after treatments!

Eastern Garden is a beautiful therapy centre in a Georgian building at treetop level with lots of natural light through the sash windows. The course costs 100 pounds for the day or 80 pounds if booking before beginning of December. Phone 020 8962 9738 to book a place.
