We are looking for a third flatmate for our 3 bedroom 1st floor rented flat located in the Alexandra Park area of Muswell Hill. The flat is decorated to a high standard with brand new double glazed windows, a large modern kitchen, comfortable lounge and includes use of a shared garden (looked after by a gardener). We have all the mod cons including washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable, wireless broadband etc.

We have a small sunny bedroom available from the end of November.

Area:
The flat is located in the area just behind Alexandra Palace and Park and is within easy reach of both Muswell Hill Broadway and Wood Green and is very safe. Great local pub (Maid Of Muswell) and some convenience shops and decent take-aways within a few minutes walk.

The location also benefits from excellent transport links:

National Rail:
Alexandra Palace FirstCapitalConnect station is at the end of the street, 5-10 minutes walk away (2mins by bus). Fast links to Finsbury Park (~5mins), Highbury & Islington (~10mins), King’s Cross (~15mins) and Moorgate (~20mins). This line will be on Oyster PayasyouGo by the end of the year too!

Tube:
Wood Green and Bounds Green stations (Piccadilly Line Zone 3) are 5-10 minutes away by bus (or a 15 minute walk).

Bus:
The 184 stops immediately outside flat for journeys to Wood Green/Bounds Green stations. 102 stops just round the corner for easy access to East Finchley station (Northern Line Zone 3). 24 hour night buses from Central London to either Wood Green (N29) or Muswell Hill (134).

Road:
The A406 North Circular is within easy reach for drivers. Parking is on-street and unrestricted and there is never a problem to find a space.

Rent:
£400pcm not including bills. Bills come to about £80-90 per person per month (water, gas, electricity, internet, council tax).
